Grand Old 4th Parade

The Grand Old 4th Parade is one of Bainbridge Island’s favorite traditions and a true community celebration. Every year, downtown fills with music, creativity, costumes, classic cars, floats, local organizations, youth groups, performers, small businesses, and neighbors coming together to kick off the Fourth in classic Bainbridge fashion.

For 2026, we’re especially excited to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with parade entries that highlight community spirit, creativity, history, sustainability, and a little hometown flair.

This year, attendees will once again be able to vote for their favorite entries during the parade.
